NinjaLit

Light up your reflexes

Spare phones.Lit pods.Faster reactions.

NinjaLit turns old phones and tablets into reaction light pods for any sport. One phone runs the drill, the pods light up, and every reaction is timed.

Light on. Reach. Timed to the hundredth.

01

No special hardware

Phones you already own become the pods, even an iPhone on iOS 12 or an Android 7 phone.

02

Nothing to install on the pods

Scan a code with the spare phone and it joins as a numbered pod.

03

Fair timing

Each pod measures the reaction itself, so a slow network never adds to a time.

The result

Quicker, sharper, fitter

A few minutes of light drills, a few times a week. Here is what athletes, and anyone who wants to stay active, get from it.

  • Faster reactions

Your first move comes sooner, and you can see your time drop week by week.

  • Quicker footwork

Lighter, faster feet to every corner of the court.

  • Agility and balance

Stop, turn and go again under control.

  • Sharper decisions

Go on green, hold on red: make the right call when it counts.

  • Active and healthy

Short, fun bursts of movement that get the heart rate up, for any age.

  • Progress you can see

Personal bests and a trend for every drill, so effort turns into results.

How it works

From drawer to drill in a minute

  1. The Session screen with a squash drill on its court
    1

    Choose a drill

Pick one from the library or build your own, then set the number of lights and the timing.

  2. A spare phone joined as Pod 1, ready
    2

    Pair the pods

Scan the code on your phone with each spare phone. It becomes Pod 1, Pod 2 and so on.

  3. Pod 1 lit green with GO
    3

    Train

Press Start. A pod lights up, the athlete gets to it and taps or waves. The next one lights at a random moment.

How the drills train it

Real movement, on a real court

Every light asks for a real move. Here are a few drills from the library, running just as they do in the app.

Drills

11 ways to train · 32 drills · 33 courts

Pick a library drill for your sport, or build your own in a few steps.

Build your own

Draw a drill on one of 33 courts, drag the pods into place, choose how it runs and save it. Saved drills keep versions, so earlier results stay comparable.

Touch or wave

Athletes answer a light by tapping the screen, or by passing a hand or racket over the camera. Camera pictures never leave the pod.

Results

See who is getting faster

Every drill is saved under the athlete’s name. Results are compared only on the same drill and the same way of answering, so unlike runs are never mixed.

  • After every drill

Score, time to each pod on the court, the slower side and plain tips such as “Missed 2 of 10 lights.”

  • Progress

Personal bests, a training calendar and a trend for each drill.

  • For coaches

Weekly counts for the squad, rankings by drill, class or club, and a report for each athlete.

  • AI training notes

A summary, focus areas and a plan for next week, written from the numbers only, never names.

Private by design

Your athletes stay on your phone

No accounts

There is nothing to sign up for. Names, results and drills live on the coach’s device.

Live messages only

The link between your phone and the pods carries the drill as it happens and stores nothing.

Camera stays on the pod

Pictures for the Wave answer are read on the pod and never sent anywhere.

Numbers, not names

AI training notes receive drill numbers only, never an athlete’s name.

What you need

Probably already in a drawer

  1. One phone or tablet with NinjaLit

This runs the drills and keeps the results.

  2. At least one spare phone or tablet

Each one is a pod. iOS 12 or newer, or Android 7 or newer, with a web browser.

  3. Wi-Fi or mobile data

On every device. The pods do not need to be on the same network.

Questions

Good to know

Do the pods need the app?

No. A spare phone scans the code and opens the pod page in its browser. Only the coach’s phone has NinjaLit.

How accurate are the times?

Each pod starts its own clock when it lights and stops it when the athlete answers, so network delay never counts. Times are shown to a hundredth of a second.

How many pods can I use?

Two on Free, six on Athlete and twelve on Coach. Many drills work with two pods.

Can a whole class train?

Yes, on the Coach plan. Make a group and the athletes take turns: after each drill the next one is ready.

Does it work for my sport?

The library covers eleven sports plus “any sport”, and you can draw your own drill on 33 courts, from a squash court to a classroom.

When can I get it?
